Great News for our Catholic men’s conference, MMOS VII! Curtis Martin, our keynote speaker for MMOS VII, was appointed to a position on a Pontifical Council, this past Dec 7, as announced by the Holy See. This particular council is being created to take-on the promotion of “The New Evangelization” and work with other consultant to improve in areas where the Church has declined.

As we look forward to this upcoming Men’s Morning of Spirituality, let us pray for Curtis Martin and all those chosen to consult for the Pontifical Council for Promoting the New Evangelization, that their strategies and works produce fruitful outcome for our Church.

A special guest will be with us, this coming Saturday morning for the 6th annual Men’s Morning of Spirituality. Kevin Paige will be assisting John Angotti with the worship music. Paige is known for his skills in writing, vocals, and instrumental talents, all right along with his talent as a producer in the music World.

Kevin has performed at many events with John Angotti around the Memphis area, for years. If you have not had a chance to see these two men in action together, you are in for a real treat.

If your wife, daughter or female friend went to the Women’s Morning of Spirituality, you should have heard the talk about Kevin and Bethany Paige. Memphis diocese women were well motivated and moved by their performance.

We are welcoming many men of the Catholic Diocese of Memphis and even men traveling from outside of the diocesan area.

Many of us have friends that we know who are faithful to the Sunday Mass, but you just don’t see them attending any extra activities at your parish.

Or, you might know a friend who is unable to attend due to who has children, and needs a baby sitter (We are offering Baby Sitting!)

Or, you might know someone who is just a non-practicing Catholic, who never attends anything associated with the Church.

Reach out into your environment and ask your fellow brothers to attend this weekend event, Men’s Morning of Spirituality.
